Give God A Chance Ministries

Thank you for your interest in

GGAC Ministries!

GGAC Ministries is a ministry committed to serving God and the spiritual needs of others. I believe in using Biblical principles, and past experiences for leading a joyous, abundant, peaceful and sober life. I have led the life of destruction, I have had abandonment and loss, I have wondered aimlessly lost. I do not want anyone else to go through what I did, and you do not have to.

The Ministry offered here is based on the belief that God is the comforter of all our needs. No matter how bad things may seem in life you need to Give GOD A Chance and let Him work in your life. As a result, your life will be changed and you will have a new inspiration and belief in yourself and in what the Holy Spirit can do and will do in your life, if you only Give God A Chance.

I was inspired by my adopted Mama Dianne (Haneke) to write a book on my life's journey. I write poems crying out to God, I sat down and wrote a devotional to go along with each poem. My book was published and is available on Amazon.com If you are interested please go to the link below and you can get a copy. Please read the "Reviews" I am humbled and amazed that God would use me and my life for something such as this! (Thank you Mama "Di")

Isaiah 41:17, " When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the Lord will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.

Hebrew 13:1-3, "1 Let brotherly love continue. 2 Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. 3 Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body."

GGAC Ministries was acknowledged in an article in the May 2010 issue of Austin Faith and Family Magazine (click on the link when the link opens, above the magazine in the box with the number 1, type in 30 and hit enter.) GOD promises this! Your Father in Heaven wants to talk to you will you listen?

UPDATE:I have been chosen to be a Chaplain for the TDCJ as of May 14, 2015. It is a great Honor that GOD has guided me through all the ups and downs, struggles and trials, addictions and abandonment problems in my life to lead me to this Greatest Honor to be able to Serve others and help them overcome their trials and struggles through perseverance, integrity, and humility. At some point in time I will start journaling about my experiences as a Chaplain. There have been many trials and tribulations that have come against me, but GOD has been faithful to sustain me and given me the perseverance to press on no matter what men throw at me. So it is with these words I leave you:

Solo Deo Gloria ---> TO GOD ALONE BE THE GLORY :-)

5/6/2012 - 12/30/2013 Writings were posted on Facebook on a daily basis. The page was hacked and some of them are not there so I have decided to move my posting and writing back here to the website. It will take some time to get everything moved over from the last few years. Please give me time I will get my daily sermons worked down into Weekly Sermons and post them here as I get them completed. I apologize for the inconvenience of these missing here~! During that time you can go to GGAC Ministries on Facebook and see those postings.

GOD bless you all and thank you for continuing to follow GGAC (Give God A Chance) Ministries.

Another verse that I find comfort in is, Isaiah 40:31, " But the they wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength: they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not be faint. I don't know where you are in your walk in life; but I find personal comfort in knowing that I can have the wings of a eagle and soar above all that is in or below me, if I only believe.

In John 3 we find a man who's faith was strong in religion and Jesus set him straight; that is that Faith is an Inner Transformational Journey and not rigid rules and regulations. In John 4 we have a woman who thought herself no good and had "relationship addiction", to fill the holes in her soul, and Jesus encouraged her that she was a child of God, and filled her inner spirit with the living water of God! In John 5 we have a man who lived with his infirmities in self- pity and in the "victim role" and Jesus healed him by a new faith and confidence in God and in himself. I literally relate to this man because I was not healed until I was 38. Some people come because of problems with alcohol, other because of problems with drug, others have come because of a personal loss of a family member, and others because of valleys that life has thrown in their path.

We hope that for whatever reason you are here on this site, that in some way you will find the answers you need or are searching for. That is what GGAC Ministries is all about.
